 Dryselius (1641-1708) was a Swedish priest and scholar. This work deals with the origin of the Turks, their history, religion, customs and manners, laws, commerce, churches, etc. The illustrations are done by the printer Hultman himself. It is the first Swedish work on the history of Turkey and the Ottoman empire.
